Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Heee.ro ("Service"), operated by Axiontic SRL, a company incorporated in Romania under VAT number RO46009350("Axiontic", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Heee.ro is a website builder that allows users to create, publish, and manage hero-section websites ("Sites"). Sites are composed of full-screen slides containing text, images, links, and other content blocks. The Service is available at heee.ro and published Sites are hosted on subdomains of heee.ro or on custom domains provided by the user.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at heee.ro@axiontic.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Plans and Payments

The Service is offered on a Free plan and paid plans (Pro, Business). Paid plans are billed annually in USD via Stripe. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access to paid features until then.

Free plan users are limited to 1 website and up to 2 slides. Pro and Business plans include additional websites, unlimited slides, and other features as described on the pricing page.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Distribute malware, spam, or phishing material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable Romanian, EU, or international law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on the Service ("User Content"). By publishing User Content you grant Axiontic a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, and serve that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, and all related materials, is the exclusive property of Axiontic SRL and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of Axiontic's intellectual property to you.

8. Uptime and Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axiontic SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon termination, your Sites will be taken offline and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these Terms with or without notice.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
